• Photo you upload — used solely to generate your Renaissance oil painting portrait. Your photo is processed for generation and is not stored long-term.
• Email address — used to deliver your order and, only with your consent, to send occasional marketing updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. Nobly never sees or stores your card details.

How We Use Your Data

We use your photo exclusively to create your AI-generated Renaissance portrait. Once generation is complete, uploaded photos are not retained long-term. Your email is used to deliver your finished artwork and, if you opt in, to keep you informed about new styles and offers from Nobly.

Photo Storage & Safety

Photos you upload are used for the sole purpose of generating your portrait. They are not stored long-term on our servers and are never shared publicly or with third parties. If you have any concerns, contact us and we'll confirm deletion.

Cookies & Tracking

Nobly uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function properly (e.g., session management).
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use getnobly.com so we can improve the experience.
• Facebook Pixel — used for measuring the effectiveness of our advertising and delivering relevant ads. You can opt out of Facebook tracking via your Facebook ad settings.

Payment Security

All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Nobly does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number or payment credentials.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Nobly:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Analytics provider — website usage analytics
• Meta (Facebook Pixel) — advertising measurement

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos are not stored long-term and are removed after your portrait is generated. Order records and email addresses are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and business obligations, or until you request deletion.
