What exactly does Nobly create?
Nobly uses AI to transform your photos into Renaissance-style oil painting portraits. You can create a duo portrait of you and your pet together, or a solo portrait of your pet alone. Think classical masters like Raphael or Vermeer, but starring the ones you love most. Every portrait is unique and generated from scratch based on your photo.
Is the first portrait really free?
Completely free, no credit card required. Upload your photo, and we’ll generate your first Renaissance portrait at no cost. You can view it, share it, fall in love with it. You only pay if you decide to purchase a digital download or a physical product.
How do credits and regeneration work?
Your first generation is on us. If you’d like to explore different poses, styles, or compositions, each new generation costs credits. You can purchase credit packs to keep experimenting until you find the portrait that feels just right. Think of it as your own private Renaissance studio — try as many compositions as you like.
What physical products do you offer?
We offer two categories. Canvas: gallery-quality stretched canvas on solid wood stretcher bars, available in 16×20″, 20×24″, and 24×30″. Unframed, with a hanging kit included, ready to hang straight out of the box. Fine Art Print: vivid 12-color printing on smooth matte paper, available in 8×10″ and 11×14″. Unframed, perfect for your favorite frame. Every physical order includes all your digital portraits in 4K+ at no extra charge.
What’s included with the digital portrait?
You receive a 4K+ resolution file, completely watermark-free and print-ready. It’s delivered straight to your email, so you can download it instantly, share it, print it yourself, or use it however you like. It’s yours.
Is this a poster or real fine art?
Real fine art, through and through. Our Fine Art Prints use vivid 12-color printing on smooth matte paper. The same technology used by galleries and museums. Our canvases are thick, gallery-quality canvas stretched over solid wood stretcher bars. These are pieces built to last a lifetime, not disposable posters.
Do the canvas or print come framed?
Both arrive unframed by design. The canvas comes stretched and ready to hang with a hanging kit included — many people love the clean gallery look without a frame. The fine art prints are sized to fit standard frames (8×10″ and 11×14″), so you can choose something that matches your space perfectly.
Can I save by ordering both canvas and print?
Yes! When you order a canvas and a fine art print together, you get 15% off the combined price. It’s a lovely way to have the big statement piece on the wall and a smaller print for a desk, shelf, or as a gift.
How long does shipping take?
Free express shipping worldwide, fully tracked from print to doorstep. Each piece is printed locally in your country (or the nearest facility), which means faster delivery, no customs fees, and a smaller carbon footprint. Expect 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If your portrait doesn’t make you smile, reach out and we’ll refund you in full. We’d rather you be genuinely delighted than stuck with something that doesn’t feel right.
Is my payment secure?
100%. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We never see or store your card details. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.
