What exactly does Nobly create?
Nobly uses AI to transform your photos into Renaissance-style oil painting portraits. You can create a duo portrait of you and your pet together, a couple portrait, or a solo portrait of your pet alone. Think classical masters like Raphael or Vermeer, but starring the ones you love most. Every portrait is unique and generated from scratch based on your photo.
Is the first portrait really free?
Completely free, no credit card required. Upload your photo, and we generate your first Renaissance portrait at no cost. You can view it, share it, fall in love with it. You only pay if you decide to purchase a digital download or a physical product.
How do credits and regeneration work?
Your first generation is on us. If you want to explore different poses, palettes, or compositions, each new generation costs 1 credit. You can purchase credit packs to keep experimenting until you find the portrait that feels just right. Think of it as your own private Renaissance studio.
I purchased credits but I lost them. How do I restore them?
No worries! Your credits are linked to your email address. On the main page, tap the menu icon (top right) and select "Restore Credits". Enter the email you used when purchasing and your credits will be restored to your current session. Credits never expire.
Can I create portraits with different photos?
Yes! You can create multiple sessions with different photos. On the result page, tap the "+" button (or "New" tab) to start a new session with different people or animals. Each session is independent and you can switch between them anytime.
How do I start over with new photos?
You have two options: tap the Nobly logo at the top to go back to the start, or use the reset button. This will clear your current session and let you upload new photos. Your credits and previous sessions are preserved.
What is the Full Collection?
The Full Collection includes all the portrait poses generated in your session (usually 3 or more different compositions). Instead of choosing just one, you get every pose in 8K resolution, watermark-free, delivered to your email. It is the best value if you love more than one pose.
Can I edit or customize my portrait after it is generated?
Yes! Below your portrait you will find a "Custom edit" section. Type what you want to change (for example: "make the background darker", "change the clothing color", "add a smile") and we will regenerate the portrait with your requested changes while keeping everything else intact. Each edit costs 1 credit.
What credit packs are available?
We offer a single generation (1 credit) and a Pro Pack (5 credits). Credits never expire and can be used for new poses, palette changes, custom edits, or creating portraits with different photos. Your first generation is always free.
What physical products do you offer?
Gallery-quality stretched canvas on solid wood stretcher bars, available in 12x16, 16x20, and 18x24 inches. Unframed, with a hanging kit included, ready to hang straight out of the box. Every canvas order includes all your digital portraits in 8K at no extra charge.
What is included with the digital portrait?
You receive an 8K resolution file (300 DPI, print-ready at any size), completely watermark-free. It is delivered straight to your email, so you can download it instantly, share it, print it yourself at any format, or use it however you like. It is yours forever.
Is there a discount for multiple portraits?
Yes! When you add 2 or more items to your cart, you automatically get 10% off the entire order at checkout. The discount is applied automatically, no code needed. Additionally, after every purchase you receive a personal 10% discount code via email that you can use on your next order or share with someone you love.
I received a 10% discount code by email. How do I use it?
After your purchase, we send you a personal referral link with 10% off built in. Simply share that link (or use it yourself) and the discount is applied automatically when visiting the site through that link. You can also enter the code in the promo code field at checkout.
Do the canvases come framed?
Canvases arrive unframed by design, stretched and ready to hang with a hanging kit included. Many people love the clean gallery look without a frame. You can also choose between slim (0.8 inches) or thick (1.6 inches) stretcher bar depth.
How long does shipping take?
Free express shipping worldwide, fully tracked from print to doorstep. Each piece is printed locally in your country (or the nearest facility), which means faster delivery, no customs fees, and a smaller carbon footprint. Expect 5 to 7 business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If your portrait does not make you smile, reach out and we will refund you in full. We would rather you be genuinely delighted than stuck with something that does not feel right.
Is my payment secure?
100%. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We never see or store your card details. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Link.

We send you email updates at every step: order confirmation, digital delivery, and shipping notifications with tracking. You can also visit My Orders anytime. Just enter the email you used at checkout and you will see every order, its status, and download links for all your digital portraits.
